Ik, Michal, kan je ook alleen ontmoeten of met een partner in een prive, individuele sessie en workshop ... Ik kan samen met jou (en je partner) tijd doorbrengen met volledige aandacht. Ik zal deze tijd gebruiken om je onderbewuste te helen en te reinigen, om je bewustzijn te verruimen, zodat je meer gelukzaligheid, vreugde, plezier en liefde in je leven kan ervaren. Alles van dit op een materieel, energetisch en spiritueel niveau.

Wat kan je van een sessie verwachten ?

Ik deel mijn persoonlijke en individuele ervaring. Terwijl ik mijn eigen en jouw grenzen respecteer, hou ik ook voor ogen dat het werkelijke proces begint buiten het vertrouwde gebied.

Om die reden wil ik je gestructureerd aanmoedigen om je veilige beperkingen achter je te laten en het avontuur van je leven te ontmoeten. Tegelijkertijd wil ik je ook aanmoedigen om duidelijke grenzen te stellen en 'nee' te zeggen als je dat werkelijk voelt op dat moment. Als je nog niet bereidt bent om te veranderen, dan zal ik werken aan die bereidheid.

Suggesties voor stellen:

- Ontwikkeling van je intimiteit in relaties
- Verkennen van de synergy in meditatie en in de vertaling van sexuele energie
- Rollen en projectie in relatie (bijvoorbeeld: vader - dochter, zoon - moeder) en deze te transformeren boven het persoonlijke uit
- Vrijheid van het geforceert klaarkomen

- Hoe wordt je een groot liefhebber
- Het loslaten van onderbewuste patronen, wat zijn je conditioneringen in het zoeken naar een Partner

Het is ook mogelijk voor mij om naar je huis te komen voor een intensieve 2 daagse tantra workshop. Dit voorstel is voor paren/stellen die aan hetvolgende willen werken:

- gewoon om elkaar te leren kennen
- als je een intieme relatie wilt ontwikkelen
- als je je wilt openen voor de behoeften van je partner
- voor het oplossen van je blokkades

- als jullie op zoek zijn naar manieren om elkaar te helen, maar ook als je uitkijkt naar meer begrip en harmonie in de warme omarming van je geliefde
- voor langdurige relaties om opnieuw de zintuigen te ontwaken en zodoende nieuwe energie en inspiratie in je leven te brengen
- als je de transcendente natuur van een partner relatie wilt herkennen

- voor degene die de essentie van liefde willen delen met de wereld

All of that on material, energetic and spiritual level.

What can you expect at the session.

I share my personal and individual experience. While I respect my and your boundaries, I´m also keeping in mind that real progress begins outside of the comfort zone. That's why I will systematically encourage you to leave secure limitations and meet the adventures of your life. But in the same time, I will also encourage you to establish clear boundaries and say "no" when you really feel that way at that moment.If you're not ready to change, I will work on that readiness

At this workshop:
You may establish an intimate relationship with yourself .
You may enrich and raise to the higher levels relationship with your partner.

You may heal the wounds from your sexual life and those passed to you from generations to generations.

At this workshop we would go for a journey to the past to heal our memories mainly connected to our sexuality. We live in the society where very often sex is considered as something bad, dirty, what develop in us guild and shame in us. We going to heal our wounds in intention to bring sacredness and pride to not only to genital parts of our bodies but to whole concept of sex in our life. We going to free ourselves from stereotypes what are stopping our love.

According to tantra human sexuality is located in the centre of spirituality. Over the millennia, was pushed only to have role of procreating. The wider truth was available only to a few. At the present time the consciousness of humanity is mature enough that the truth of the sacred sexuality is revealed to all.
The consciousness of humanity at the present moment goes beyond the circle of material activities and experiences. It rises together with the energy of the Earth. Old Masters now revealing ancient mysteries , which before often were available only for the elites. Using those secrets could be solution for all sort of crisis what the humanity and individual people are facing nowadays.
On the other hand, we have at the present time wide available pornography , which massively distorts the image of human sexuality . On large scale , we are bombarded with sexuality ragged of beauty, holiness , power, and intimacy....

At the workshop you would have chance to deeply answer to yourself for the questions below:
How sacred sexuality is different from the usual sexuality ?
How can I have access to sacred sexuality in my life?
In what way, based on sacred sexuality I can shape reactions with myself , with a partner , with other people, with nature and whole universe ?
These and other questions will not get ready answers , but in a series of our workshops we offer opportunity to experience the methods which can help you to expand your consciousness in the field of sacred sexuality.

On that workshop we will focus on the dissolution of the concepts and blockades, what had accumulated around the topic of sexuality. We will recognise patterns , which we toked over from family, from school ,society, Hollywood movies etc. To recognise the sacred sexuality, we will unfold veil of ignorance.

In deze workshop:

In deze workshop maken we een reis in het verleden, waarbij we onze herinneringen gaan helen die aan onze seksualiteit gekoppeld zijn. We leven in een maatschappij waarin seks vaak wordt beschouwd als iets vies of slechts, waardoor we een schuldgevoel en schaamte in onszelf ontwikkelen. We gaan onze wonden helen met de intentie om goddelijkheid en trots terug te brengen, niet alleen in onze genitalieen, naar het gehele concept of seks in ons leven. We gaan onszelf bevrijden van alle stereotypen die onze liefde tegenhouden.
Volgens tantra ligt de menselijke seksualiteit in het centrum van spiritualiteit. Gedurende de afgelopen millennia lag onze focus op voortplanting. De hele waarheid was alleen beschikbaar voor enkelen van ons. Momenteel is onze menselijke staat van bewustzijn volwassen genoeg waardoor de waarheid van goddelijke seksualiteit toegankelijk is geworden voor ons allemaal.
Ons bewustzijnsniveau gaat in het huidige moment voorbij aan de cirkel van materialistische activiteiten en ervaringen, deze groeit samen met de energie van de aarde. Oude meesters openbaren oude mysteries, die voorheen alleen beschikbaar waren voor de elite. Gebruik maken van deze verborgen kennis zou een oplossing kunnen zijn voor vele problemen die we zowel als mensheid als individu tegenwoordig tegen het lijf lopen. Aan de andere kant hebben we op dit moment een breeds scala aan pornography beschikbaar, die massaal een vertekend beeld geeft van menselijke seksualiteit. Op een brede schaal worden we plat gegooid met seksualiteit die is ontdaan van schoonheid, heiligheid, kracht en intimiteit….

Bij de workshop krijg je de kans om diepgaand antwoord aan jezelf te geven op de volgende vragen:
- Wat is het verschil tussen heilige liefde en gewone seksualiteit?
- Hoe kan ik toegang krijgen tot heilige seksualiteit in mijn leven?
- Op welke manier, gebaseerd op heilige seksualiteit, kan ik vormgeven aan mijn reactie ten opzichte van mezelf, met een partner, met andere mensen, met de natuur en het gehele universum?

Deze vragen zullen geen keurig voorverpakte antwoorden opleveren, echter in een serie workshops bieden we de mogelijkheid om de methoden te ervaren die je kunnen helpen met het uitbreiden van je bewustzijn binnen het veld van heilige seksualiteit.

Tijdens de workshop zullen we de focus leggen op het opheffen van concepten en blokkades die zich hebben opgestapeld rondom het onderwerp seksualiteit. We gaan patronen herkennen die we hebben overgenomen van familie, school, de maatschappij, Hollywood films etc. Om heilige seksualiteit te herkennen, zullen we onze onwetendheid langzaam opheffen.

In this workshop we will share with you the magic essence of Tantra. We will demonstrate different ways of breathing together, including the way we breathe in Tantra Kriya Yoga, Kashmiric Massage and the Maithuna ritual. 

We will do these breathing techniques in the most tantric position: Shiva Shakti, (also called Open Lotus or Yab Yum), in which the partners' bodies are fully connected on all levels (chakras). 

This close connection harmonizes our energies and it will become even more wonderful through breathing together. By doing so, we will awake in us the energy of different elements and different chakras: earth, water, fire, air, ether… and again earth, water... 

Instead of losing sexual energy downwards we will bring it to higher parts of ourselves: to the heart, we become more loving; to the throat, we become more communicative, while raising the energy as far as the head will enable us to become more creative and spiritual. 

Through this exercise we will also balance our male and female energies, not only in ourselves but also in our relationship. We will create great union between partners and also with nature and the whole universe.

In plaats van seksuele energie beneden te verliezen brengen we deze naar hogere delen van onszelf: naar het heart, we worden liefdevoller; naar de keel, we worden communicatiever, en als we de energie omhoog brengen naar ons hoofd zijn we instaat om meer creatief en spiritueel te worden. 

Door deze oefening balanceren we ook onze mannelijke en vrouwelijke energie, niet alleen binnen in onszelf, ook binnen onze relatie. We creeeren eenheid tussen partners en eveneens met de natuur en het gehele universum.

Time of the festival is from 15.00 till 24.33 (not till 3.33)

Price is 25 E per person and 45 per couple (not 30 p.p. and 55 per couple)

So the schedule is:

1. 15.15 - 16.15 Kundalini dynamic OSHO meditation
2. 16.30 - 19.00 Empowering Taste of Tantra workshop
3. 19.30 - 22.00 Sensual Biodanza workshop
4. 22.30 - 24.33 Dance with tantra - a party time and workshop at the same time

The full moon 5th January is a special one, being the first full moon of the year. In nature - and in some cultures - this is the beginning. A time for new starts for you, for us, for everyone.
It's a good night to set intentions, goals and dreams, to make good connections and who knows, maybe creating a new relationship or giving light to an old one?
With the Tantra Full Moon Festival, we would like to empower this transformation even more and give ourselves ka ick start for the new year. It's a chance to connect and to have fun - lots of fun :) To share and explore love, come and join us. Together we are stronger (and it's always more fun).
The workshops, meditations and dance party are set up in a way to help you get rid of the old emotional baggage and to open up to new beginnings.

1. 15.15 - 16.15
Kundalini dynamic OSHO meditation by Marleen van den Heuvel - to get rid of the stresses, worries etc. and freshly energised, create a relaxing way begin the festival and new year
2. 16.30 - 19.00
Empowering Taste of Tantra by Michal Marek Griks - at this workshop we sample how Tantra in simple ways may empower us and our visions, strengthen our ability to realize our dreams. At the same time, we will connect on the levels of love and intimacy, perhaps even to a level your have never done before.
3. 19.30 - 22.00
Sensual Biodanza by Merel Sloot - a workshop, where you will discover playfully your sensuality and then you will make a loving and affective contact with other dancers
4. 22.30 - 24.33
Dance with tantra - a party time, where you may use freshly, new skills to connect, to dance and to share love, intimacy, fun .... During the party the blindfolds would be available. Also I, Michal,I would provide you further in to the dance with tantra, in to the deeper connection with yourself and the partner.

During the breaks raw, vegan, fair trade, organic and delicious food and drinks would be served :)

There would be also stand with tantric sexy clothes made by Izabela Amsterdam

Tantra would bring us to such good connection with the nature and mother earth that will save much more than this printed version.

Op 5 januari is het een speciale volle maan. Het is de eerste volle maan van het jaar. In de natuur, en in sommige culturen, is dit het begin. De tijd voor iets nieuws begint voor jou, voor ons, voor iedereen. Het is een goede nacht om je intenties, doelen en dromen vast te stellen, om goede connecties te maken en wie weet, misschien een nieuwe relatie te beginnen of het licht te geven aan de oude?

Met het Tantra Volle Maan Festival zouden we deze transformatie nog meer kracht bij willen zetten. Om onszelf een kickstart voor het nieuwe jaar te geven, te verbinden en plezier te hebben - veel plezier :) Om te delen en liefde te verkennen, kom en doe met ons mee. Samen zijn we sterker en hebben we altijd meer plezier :)

De workshops, meditaties en het dansfeest zijn georganiseerd op een manier om je te helpen, om van oude bagage af te komen en je open te stellen, om kracht te geven aan een nieuw begin.

1. 15.15 - 16.15
Kundalini dynamic OSHO meditation door Marleen van den Heuvel – om van stress, zorgen etc. af te komen en fris bezield, op ontspannen wijze het festival en nieuwe jaar te beginnen.

2. 16.30 - 19.00
Empowering Taste of Tantra door Michal Marek Griks - tijdens deze workshop zullen we gaan proeven hoe tantra ons en onze visies op simpele manieren kracht kan geven, hoe het je sterker zal maken in het realiseren van je dromen. Tegelijkertijd zullen we verbinden op de niveaus van liefde en intimiteit, wat je misschien nooit eerder hebt gedaan.

3. 19.30 - 22.00
Sensual Biodanza door Merel Sloot - een workshop, waarbij je speels je sensualiteit zult ontdekken en dan een liefdevol en affectief contact zult maken met andere dansers .

4. 22.30 - 24.33
Dance with tantra - een feesttijd, waarbij je frisse, nieuwe vaardigheden kunt gebruiken om te verbinden, te dansen en liefde, intimiteit en plezier te delen... Gedurende het feest zullen blinddoeken beschikbaar zijn en als voorbeeld zullen ik, Michal, je verder in de dans met tantra leiden naar de diepere verbinding met jezelf en de partner.

Tijdens de pauzes rauw, veganistisch, fair trade, biologisch en heerlijk eten en drinken zou worden geserveerd :)
Zal ook stand met sexy, tantrische kleding gemaakt door Izabela Amsterdam
